The reason I am asking it that if I tell them I am not taking anything and then something shows up that will fail me on the drug test and will go on my record. And in my profession something like that on your record will ruin your career.
They are only looking for illegal substances!

No. Only illegal substances are tested for.

Drug tests are expensive and will only look for something specific. They only test for illegal substances. Not a good idea to lie to them, though.
