Why do some people have symptoms with High blood pressure and others have none?

I am just curious because I am currently being monitored for HBP and I asked my doctor about symptoms because every where I look it is called the "silent killer", yet some ppl say nosebleeds, floaters, dizziness, lightedness etc can be symptoms. What has anyone else experienced as symptoms of HBP.

I was diagnosed with HBP last year.
Silent-Killer, yes it can be!!
I have no nosebleeds.
I do have dizziness, lightheadness, & I feel very sick after taking my HBP medicane.
If you are on HBP medicane, make sure that you eat {no salt though}, because that will make your HBP go higher, and that's not good!!!
