What should you do if you’re not sure whether or not you took your blood pressure medication?

Medication is Benicar and I honestly don’t remember if I took the pill or not. Should I take another? Or wait until the next day?

I would not take an additional pill, because this could result in a dangerously low blood pressure if you really did already take Benicar. You should monitor your blood pressure. Watch for headache, visual changes, chest pain, shortness of breath or other issues. If these develop then notify your doctor.
