What could cause high blood pressure and feeling of pressure in vulva?

I’ve been having these symptoms:

Bad spots
Feeling queasy
Erotic dreams
Abnormally light periods
Feeling of pressure (not painful or itchy) around vulva

I have had an STD test and it was clear. Pregnancy test was negative. Today I had my blood pressure taken and it was abnormally high (153/105).

Anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing those symptoms?
