My Mom is 89 years old has been having high blood pressure. The pressure is 200′s over 100′s , and having lots of headache. Is this normal with really high blood pressure ? Please let me know.

If she keeps a pressure that high she is going to have a stroke. Yes, she will have a headache with that type of pressure. She needs to be seen ASAP. Go to ER, if she's not willing to go there then get her into her doc.
