What can you do to reduce high blood pressure?

I’m taking medications for it but what can i do to reduce it?

Avoid foods that raise blood pressure (salt, processed meats, crunchy snacks, cheese spreads, V-8 juice) and eat foods that lower blood pressure (bananas and other foods high in potassium). Walk at least 40 minutes a day at a medium pace.

Look up the "DASH" diet. (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension).
Avoid salt ( no frozen microwavable foods or fast foods) , avoid stress…if you smoke then quit. Lose some weight…take long walks. Stick to fruits, veggies and low fat dairy. Limit alcohol intake. Basically give up all the good stuff in life!
