In your example you would simply write 120/P. You would not add the 10 to the 120 first. The P signifies this was taken by palpation so the additional 10 will be understood when read.

hey, nice video. yea im beginning to try to get into a habit of taking a blood pressure by palpation (just for some non critical medical emergencies/when sirens are whaling in the back of the ambulance). this is the first time that i heard from you that you add 10 to w.e. number you palpated. or should i just write the original number i palpated at on the PCR. ex. 120/P or 130(+10)/P because usually receiving hospital wont know that I added ten to it unless i tell the. what would you recommend?

I prefer to do it width a stethoscope. I think is much easier. no mater background noise i still hear the pulse purity good.
