pulse rate and blood pressure becomes low for young man.May i know the reasons behind that…How to Normalise?

Just wanna to take natural food to normalise the pulse rate. Actually the pulse rate and the blood pressure is low while having the fever of 103 and heavy cold cough. Just want to know the seriousness of this case. Often suffered a lot by Cough and cold

It is not uncommon to have a lower blood pressure with a fever of 103. However, usually the heart rate is higher, not low. Please make sure that you drink plenty of fluids. Also take some tylenol to reduce the fever, otherwise dehydration can set in. Lots of fluid, lots of rest, and see a doctor if needed.
