Try checking out jiaogulan herbal supplement and tea, they say its a good herbal supplement to reduce blood pressure. Look for testimonials in the internet.

i am a ayurveda dr , and Njavarakizhi is not the method to lower the BP, and its the method to strngthen yuor muscle and correct the nuro-muscular problems, and wasting etc
