My Mom is 48 she is a heart patient and has got high blood pressure and sugar level.she is having medicines.I would like to know what are the foods to be taken and avoided and necessary exercise inorder to balance the pressure and sugar level?

This more for the dietician or any Doctor to answer because it is well important to know your mom ‘c condition right now ..
Here are the following food products that she might wanted to have in her diet .
1] Garlic {atleast 3 top 5 cloves of it} good for hypertension
2] Turmeric {atleast half a tsp on the food she takes} good for both hypertension and diabetes
3] All fruits are OK , but it would be nice if she can eat some pomegranate that would help her blood and diabetes a lot .
Food to avoid :
You know it junk food , too much sweet like doughnuts , oily food , chips and stuff .
Exercise in moderation . If she has never been exercising do not push her at once to do exercise a lot , let her just walk or swim or run a little bit every day.
Deep breathing would be really good for hypertension .
