.. rapid heart beat, weight gain and slowing of metabolism, sweating, and lastly bloody stool, but is prob tot unrelated.
I am recovering from an amphetamine addiction. After quitting I gained a bunch of weight VERY fast and also had blood tested and found all of these other issues when seeing the doc. He blamed most of it on weight gain and prescribed good diet and exercise. It has been months and with religious dieting only a couple of pounds lost. What should i do? I feel like there is no possibility of relief!
Cut calories a little more (by a few hundred calories a day), bump up your cardio, do 45 minutes 5 days a week and try to do some weight training. The fat will come off
