Labetalol to reduce high blood pressure during pregnancy?

Have any women taken this medication during pregnancy for chronic hyper tension? I started taking it today and I am curious about other experience with this drug. My dr. first prescribed me Methyldopa (aka Aldomet) which made me so sick, I couldn't function. Now I am taking Labetalol.

Labetalol is a very safe anti hypertension med to take while pregnant and breastfeeding, its very low dose. I have taken it with my pregnancies and am still on a low dose, no worries, my babies and I are fine. No serious side effects or anything, the biggest side effect you may feel you will have with any anti hyperttension med, you might feel a lil tired at first, but with anything call the DR if you have issues, but I didnt have a problem with it, its very safe, good luck!
