If you meant reducing your chance of getting HBP,
I would suggest you get regular checkups done by a doctor, and eat and stay healthy.
If you meant you have HBP and you need to reduce it,
I would advise you go to your local doctor to get some HBP pills, as my mother has High Blood.

Talk to your doctor, but reducing, or eliminating salt intake will help, exercise, lower stress levels. These are just a few, if you talk to your doctor.
