The H1N1 virus …
The H1N1 virus shouldnt even really be called ‘Swine Flu’.
In Canada we refer to it as ‘pandemic H1N1 influenza virus’.
It was originally called Swine Flu because laboratory testing showed that some of the genes in this new virus were similar to influenza viruses that normally circulate in pigs (swine).

What makes H1N1 ‘scary’ is that it contains a combination of genes from pigs (swine), bird (avian) and human influenza viruses that have never previously been detected in humans and swine.

LOL thats funny. I dont shake people hands no more…nasty mother fuckers. I just do the little ‘bow’. You get some funny reactions when someone sticks their hand out to meet you and you just bow and smile.

Beginning of October I had a pretty nasty flu. Was kind of nasty because I would cough up pghlegm that had brownish spots in it. Was sick for about 12 days! last time I was sick was about 1.5-2 years ago. I rarely get sick. I NEVER go for flu shots or take prescription drugs.

Swine flu and seasonal are basically the same.
Being an EMT I know that wearing a face mask won’t protect you as much as the vid says.
Swine flu is dramatic, seasonal flu kills more people.
