After accepting Christ as Lord, a Christian’s aim is to draw closer to Him and strive to be more like Him. Jesus is the only perfect person.

Maybe, given the evidence, going to church is nothing like you imagine. I go to a Catholic church and almost always feel better afterward.

Even despite that, it’s not all about feelings. It’s about honoring God with your time and connecting with Him. It’s in that understanding and relationship that you can find greater peace and joy, regardless of circumstances!

Why not talk to a priest? Ask some sincere questions, and find out how you can explore it further.

It might just lower your BP.
