How i can reduce my high blood pressure, Simple and effectively.?

My doctor advise me to take less meat, poultry and seafood. Any other effective way to reduce my colestrol level and have more healty life?

First, you should recognize the most common myths about high blood pressure:

1. Salt does not cause high blood pressure. Its effect on blood pressure is highly disputed and not proved either way. The real problem is eating unnatural, processed foods which are high in salt but also low in other minerals such as magnesium and potassium. This causes a mineral imbalance which can raise your blood pressure.

The answer is to eat a diet rich in whole, natural foods.

2. There is nothing wrong with red meat. It does not raise cholesterol or blood pressure when eaten as part of a balanced diet along with exercise. In fact, a lack of fatty acids and other essential nutrients found in red meat and animal fat is contributing to many modern health problems due to food myths such as this one.

The answer is to eat a diet rich in whole, natural foods including meat.

3. Food substitutes, including artificial sugar, salt, and dairy foods are unhealthy. Substitutes are unnatural, processed substances that are worse than the natural foods they replace. Avoid them at all costs.

There is no arguing about exercise. Together with a good diet, exercise is the most important thing you can do for healthy blood pressure.

There are other natural things you can do to lower blood pressure including new therapies such as slow breathing with music, which is totally safe and natural. Some herbs can lower blood pressure but they are not always completely safe. Check out the webpage below for free slow breathing with music instructions plus an online demo.

High blood pressure and high cholesterol are different medical conditions though they are somewhat related.
To control high blood pressure, consume less salt, avoid red meat and drink in moderation.
To control cholesterol, you should eat less fast food, less fried food and no red meat.
However, taking medicines regularly can help to maintain both the situations quite effectively.

Animal fat and salt are the things you should leave out of your diet.
Eat chicken:hardly any fat in it.But grilled:not fried.
And as I said animal fats are bad for your cholesterol levels:get plant fats:they lower your levels.
