Only if you can catch the steam coming off of it. It will concentrate it more in the starting solution so when the boiled water comes off as steam its H2O. The first container should have the concentrated stuff at the bottom of the pan after the water is completely evaporated. You can do this by having a boiler and adding a lid with a hose in the middle of it and sealed and then connect to another container with a lid so the steam can evaporate and go through the hose into another container

Go on Ebay if you are poor like me and buy a Sears Kenmore Water Purifier (Distiller). I got mine slightly used for $35 bucks. It makes about a gallon in 4 hours and you need to use it for ice as well. I do not reccomend ANY filter even reverse osmosis (although that will actully remove some of the fluoride and other drugs). If you really want to crap you pants type in FLUORIDE DANGER here on the tube and listen to; chemists, doctors, dentists, and others speak about fluoride the rat poison!
