Can you reduce high blood pressure by regularly donating blood to the American Red Cross?

WELL I GUESS TECHNICALLY YOU ARE DECREASING YOUR CIRCULATING FLUID VOLUME BY DONATING BLOOD THEREFORE TEMPORARILY LOWERING BP. HOWEVER I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS BEING USED AS A TREATMENT FOR HIGH BP.

Donating blood does help to lower your iron levels, not much pressure. Get some garlic pills from GNC that’ll drop it like a rock.

Donation of blood and blood pressure are not related.Blood pressure has to be brought down by suitable drugs.

No you need to be on HBP medication. HBP can lead to strokes and heart attacks. It is called the silent killer. See your Dr. about it right away.
