I heard that blood gets thick when u do walk and running and it causes high blood pressure specially in winter is it true or no/.?? I m asking that because i have problem of high blood pressure .
No, the opposite. Your blood gets thin when it's well circulated and people who work out regularly (like me) have normal blood pressure, sometimes low following exercise. I know because I donate plasma, so my blood pressure is taken twice a week.

The first answer is correct but at the same time you are burning glucose resulting in water production and CO2. blood gushes out from liver and spleen, and heparin too is secreted.
The above results more or less 500 ml of blood in your system.
At first BP rises and also your h/r, when you are rest p will fall down, and your heart rate can be 40 to 50 bpm.
Consult your doctor.
