How are you doing my friend??? I am 32 with HBP too… I took Arginine about 10 years ago while really lifting weights a lot to boost gains…
I have started taking it again for about 2 1/2 weeks… I swear I feel better & I can’t honestly say what my BP difference is…
I did check it a few days ago and it was lower than before with just meds…
