I have been so swollen and im 39 weeks and 6 days and i have gained quit a bit of weight in the last 2 weeks, all fluid weight my dr said. They did a membrane sweep yesterday and if i don’t have her by tues they are inducing me because of her size. I was just curious if anyone else have lots of fluid gain during late pregnancy also? Thanks!
Its not necessarily edema. I am very swollen in my feet and a little bit in my hands, but my doctor says I’m perfectly fine. I’m due on Tuesday, but there’s a chance I’ll go up to a week past that before being induced. I’ve gained a lot of fluid weight (my fluid weight as put me at over 200 lbs!!). Good luck hun and I hope that if you are induced it goes smoothly for you.
Anyone Else have lots of swelling but no high blood pressure or any other symptoms?

Edema,aka water retention. Are you drinking enough water,fluids? That is the reason you are retaining. Especially if there is no protein in your urine and your blood pressure is fine. Then,that’s the only thing it really could be.
