What other causes are there?
The ringing in your ears is called tinnitus. It is caused most often by exposure to loud, explosive sounds. It can also be caused by infections. Try turning down the volume on everything around you and protecting your ears as you pass construction sites. Never listen to music through head phones with the sound up loud.
